With extensive experience, Let’s take a look at your builder for Tru Built Construction. Kaulen Pevan, Kaulen grew up in the building industry under father Bob Pevan. Kaulen started framing houses under his father’s framing crews when he was 14 years old. Kaulen would continue to work hand-in-hand with the business as he grew older. When Kaulen was 17 years old he continued to work as a carpenter for his father bob. Bob then hired Kaulen to become the foreman of his construction company at the age of 22. Kaulen was given the responsibility to manage sub-contractors and to keep the jobs moving at an efficient rate.
Kaulen then transitioned into a role of finance specifically for construction lending, and worked as a construction Loan officer for a community bank located in Wasilla Alaska. When Kaulen was working in finance, Bob Pevan retired from the construction industry. Kaulen then decided that he would rather follow the family business and re-established Tru Built Construction. Since re-establishment, Kaulen has has been building custom homes and has a very close attention to detail.
